Who am I?

I am a qualified Person-Centred counsellor. I have a BA Hons in Person-Centred Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I have over two years of client experience working for the charity Sportfit in Southampton, alongside private client work.

I have additional training in ‘The Teenage Brain’ and anxiety. I have completed an e-learning Mind Ed Counselling certificate in working with Children and Young People.

I have been a mentor, working for the Wiltshire Youth Offending Team, for over 10 years.

My former career includes working in customer service supporting European countries and I am able to speak French, German and Spanish.

I offer an LGBTQ+ safe space.

How could we work together?

I offer a confidential, non-judgemental space to explore your world together with me.

I hope the relationship we create can be a place you can feel heard and accepted.

I am passionate about the Person-Centred Approach, in particular the idea that given the right environment an individual will find their own way to fulfilment. Through our therapeutic relationship I hope to offer this to you.

I abide by the BACP’s Ethical Framework which includes requirements for supervision, continuous professional development and which details confidentiality guidelines.
